For stays of 1–2 days, we charge a
short-stay surcharge of 10 per person per day.
Included in the price:
- a sumptuous gourmet breakfast buffet
- a garage space for your car
- Stay in state-of-the-art rooms equipped with a shower or whirlpool bath, WC, some with a tiled stove, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi (free of charge), safe, minibar, bathrobes and a balcony.
- Enjoy our wellness area with an organic and hay flower sauna, Finnish sauna, solarium, steam bath, sensory showers, massage chair and fitness room (solarium subject to a charge).
Children’s discounts:
- Children up to 3 years of age stay free in their parents’ room.
- Children up to 12 years of age pay 50% of the price when sharing their parents’ room.
- Children up to 15 years of age pay 70% of the price when sharing their parents’ room.

Booking Terms and Conditions
We ask that you pay a deposit by bank transfer. Our IBAN is AT77 36248 00000031971, BIC RZTIAT 22248. We will let you know the amount when you make your booking.
You can settle your bill in cash, by debit card (A, D, NL) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2.00 pm. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10.00 am.

Our cancellation policy
Winter:
Cancellation is free of charge up to one month before arrival.
Between 4 weeks and 1 week before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price.
In the week of arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
Summer:
Cancellation is free of charge up to one week before arrival.
Should you be unable to travel due to an official travel advisory or an entry ban, cancellation is of course free of charge at any time.
